We are learning Maseches Terumos, chapter eleven, mishnah 2, which deals with liquids that come out of Terumah produce.
The liquids listed in the mishnah:
"Hadvash haba min hatemarim" - honey extracted from the date fruit.
"Hayayin haba min hatapuchim" - that is, apple juice.
"Hachometz haba min ha'anavim" - from grapes that are late in ripening.
These fruit drinks were common among people in the times of Chazal: they would take fruit and extract the various liquids from them.
The same applies to every type of fruit juice extracted from Terumah produce - dates of Terumah or apples of Terumah.
In summary: this mishnah deals with the liquids that come out of Terumah produce - date honey, apple wine, and vinegar from grapes that are late in ripening - and with the law governing all fruit juices extracted from Terumah produce.
