Shabbos, Chapter 6, Mishnah 3. This Mishnah deals with items that a woman may not go out with on Shabbos, where the prohibition is not merely rabbinic but a Torah obligation.
The items a woman may not go out with:
"Lo tetzei ishah b'machat hanekuvah" - a sewing needle that has an eye. Even though she sticks it into her garment, it is still considered as though she is carrying the needle.
"V'lo b'taba'as she'yesh aleha chosam" - a ring with a seal on it is not an ornament, and therefore going out with it is considered carrying an object.
"V'lo b'kuliar" - a type of unusual tiara, which most women would not wear, and it is therefore considered a burden.
"V'lo b'kovelet" - a small sachet, a little pouch containing a bit of perfume.
"V'lo b'tzelochis shel palyaton" - a small flask of perfumed water that a woman would wear around her neck.
The last two items are considered a burden, since only women with a very bad odor would wear them, while most women would not.
"V'hayotzeah bahem chayeves chatas, divrei Rabbi Meir" - a woman who goes out with these items must bring a chatas offering, since this is considered a Torah prohibition. This is the opinion of Rabbi Meir.
The dispute of the Sages:
"Vachachamim potrin b'kovelet uv'tzelochis shel palyaton" - the Sages disagree regarding the last two items, those connected with perfume, because in their view these are considered genuine ornaments, and it is indeed the way of women to wear them. Nevertheless, one should not go out with them at the outset, lest the woman remove them to show them to her friends and come to carry them.
In summary: in this Mishnah we listed the items a woman may not go out with on Shabbos because of a Torah prohibition - a needle with an eye, a ring with a seal, a kuliar, a kovelet and a flask of palyaton - all of which are not ornaments but a burden, and according to Rabbi Meir a woman who goes out with them must bring a chatas. The Sages exempt in the case of the kovelet and the flask of palyaton, since these are ornaments, yet even so one should not go out with them at the outset.
