Chapter Seven: The Previous Rebbe continues with the details of the Finite Linear (internal individual faculties): (i) The Emotions (heart) themselves are greater than the way they are within the Interernal Dimension of Action. (ii) The heart and the mind, while they are both organs that life depends upon, however, in a healthy balanced person, they are separate functions, and the head is higher than the heart. (iii) The Previous Rebbe points out that from the aspect of connection with the Soul’s Light that is beyond permeating the body, there is the Reusa D’Liba of the heart, which is higher than the head.
(iv) Within Reusa D’Liba there are two dimensions: (a) One that comes from concentration and intellect (head), and (b) One that is the Essence Will of the Essence of the Soul. The latter is beyond permeating the body. Thus, within the body, the head is higher than the heart.
